As part of it@cork techfest 2022 to support women in technology we are hosting an:
In-Person 1/2 Day Dialogue Workshop to UPlift Work and create a future workplace for women in tech to thrive.
Online Personal Development Dialogue Programme to UPlift Women In Tech. 4 virtual sessions, 2.5 hour.

An Online Personal Development Dialogue Programme to UPlift women in technology to thrive. This programme builds a deeper sense of fulfillment. enhances well-being and confidence. Attendees feel supported to sustain change in a peer to peer community.
Programme includes four 2.5 hours session, held virtually over 4 weeks. 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th June 14.00 -16.30 GMT.
A recent research report by Ceridian found 81% of employees experienced burnout over the pandemic. With only 14% of the technology workforce being female, it is critical we support them!
A Snapshot Of What To Expect!
Participants engage in dialogues, well-being challenges and access a private online community powered by Workvivo. As part of the platform, participants are supported to sustain change with dedicated resources and well-being spaces, allowing participants to stay connected post dialogue.
This dialogue series is for you, if you are female, have worked or currently working in technology and would like to join a community of peers to ignite a new way.
